Ragin' Rays Swim Boosters is an organization formed to support swimming activities and education.

The Ragin’ Rays Boosters’ mission is

• To support the training, instruction, and competitive opportunities of the Ragin’ Rays youth swim team;
• To provide opportunities for recognition of the accomplishments of the Ragin’ Rays youth swim team;
• To foster the spirit of amateur athletics in the Echo Lake community; and
• To actively seek opportunities for contributing to the community through swim-related activities such as hydro-therapy and training in life-saving and first-aid skills.
